Save Directly (Chrome / Edge)

Pick your local /wellness/menues/ folder once. This writes the menu's .html file there and updates a shared menus.json that the Menus index page reads to list every menu automatically.

Two things a browser can't do: write directly onto your live web server (this saves to a folder on your own computer — you still deploy/upload as usual), and set file permissions like 777 — that's not something any client-side page can do. If your host needs specific permissions, set them via your hosting file manager, FTP client, or a terminal chmod command after upload.
